best kitty snack ever!

This grass has been making my cats happy for many years. I start a new batch while they are eating the current one so they always have some. when a fresh tray comes out, they get all excited. Who knew that cats love oats? Since I've always had multiple cats, I use a plastic planter about 2 ft. long, available in any garden shop. Any container that's not too tall for the cats to reach comfortably can be used. Just fill with potting mix, sprinkle seeds, water lightly, and wait a few days. Easy peasy! When the grass has been eaten, I throw the used soil into the compost or a flower bed. This is safe USA grown oat seeds, best available anywhere. ( By the way, it is not safe to use grass seeds from garden shops as these have been treated with chemicals. Besides, that, lawn grass is not as yummy and healthful as oats.)

    Hair ball CURE!

    When I grow my own cat grass, not only are my other plants left alone, but they both ‘graze’ daily and we have NO more problems with hairballs(and no more vomiting)!
